Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Enimerai account and all associated personal data at any time, using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
- Open the Enimerai app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email support@enimerai.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm a few account details to verify your identity before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Your account profile, alerts, watched topics, notification preferences, and notification-quality feedback are permanently deleted. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. Backup copies are overwritten in the normal course of our backup rotation.
We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to do so (for example, billing records), and we may keep aggregated, non-identifying statistics that can no longer be linked to you. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for full details on retention.
Note: Removing the app from your device does not delete your account or cancel any active subscription. Use one of the methods above to delete your account, and cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
